Yoga Instructor
I am a graduate of the 200-hour (RYT) Uplifted Yoga Teacher Training course, and I am certified to teach vinyasa and hatha yoga classes. Yoga has helped me mitigate stress and promote self-care and I aim to bring a love of movement to the graduate population at Caltech and the broader Pasadena community. I currently teach at CorePower Yoga Pasadena.
Writer
I have always had a passion for writing, both creatively and academically. When I write, I aim to contribute my unique perspective as a scientist, student of art history and mythology, and storyteller to illuminate the physical and metaphysical worlds around humanity.
